Returns:
Due to our made-to-order approach, we do not offer standard returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@karanjiclothing.com with supporting photos or videos. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.
Exchanges:
We accept size exchanges or incorrect item exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Size exchanges: Shipping is at your cost.
Defective/incorrect item: We’ll cover return shipping.
Email order@karanjiclothing.com with your order number and reason. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations as production starts right after an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
